Is it possible to use multiple versions of php 5.6 and 7.3?

Yup right now Centmin Mod doesn't support multiple PHP versions but it's on the to do list. Note though with multiple PHP versions on same server, the theoretical max cpu and memory resource can increase 100% for each concurrent PHP version added. So if you have PHP 5.6, 7.2, 7.3 running concurrently you can in theory use up to 3x more cpu and memory depending on your traffic and sites' PHP usage as each PHP version has to have it's own master/worker pool set and own Zend Opcache memory allocation etc.

Depending on cost of your server, it might be cheaper to have all sites grouped together for same PHP versions per server i.e. if you had 3 sets of 2 sites using PHP 5.6, 7.2, 7.3 respectively, you could have 3x VPS each with 1-2GB ram for specific PHP 5.6, 7.2 and 7.3 versions as it may end up the same price as a single VPS that now requires a theoretical max 3x 2 = 6GB memory to handle 3 versions of PHP concurrently.
