    ah yes if you already ran yum update, then the time to update packages if there are any would be removed from centmin mod install time. Centmin Mod installer does a yum update run of it's own. So really depends partly on how up to date a web host provider's CentOS image is when they install it for you. More up to update = less updates to process = faster Centmin Mod installer install times :)

    Personnal notes:

    It is in fact a really fast server, very comparable to what OVH offers. The single SSD feels really fast and evrything I tried so far feels really snappy. The only downside, or problem I can see with this machine is the lack of dual channels config for the memory. It has only one stick of 16GB which reduce the memory bandwitch by 50%. It also afffect AES performance on multi-cores benchmarks. That's why the results are a bit lower than the SP-32/64 tested earlier. So, I would recommand a 32GB+ Memory configuration for faster transfers.

    But overall, a very fast machine on a more than excellent network. Dominic @ Clouvider is also very knowlageble and friendly.
