Xenforo 2 Dev Preview #3 out XenForo 2.0.0 Developer Preview 3 Released - Xenforo 3 Dev Preview on Centmin Mod LEMP Stack. To update, need to wipe install as per instructions for Centmin Mod LEMP stack in 2nd half of post at https://community.centminmod.com/posts/45274/
Is there any method for us to install 1.5 add-ons that we already have so that we can check compatibility?

Xenforo 2.0 Dev Preview #5 out XenForo 2.0.0 Developer Preview 5 Released - XenForo 2 Demo bit behind myself on #3 right now heh
wow falling behind myself, Xenforo 2.0 Dev Preview #6 is out XenForo 2.0.0 Developer Preview 6 Released - XenForo 2 Demo
What is your plan for upgrading this site to 2.0? Waiting for gold release and all addons available in 2.0?
for this forum will be a LOOOONG way away for Xenforo 2.0 update, maybe 2.0.15+ heh. Alot of addon authors will need to get up to speed with XF 2.0 changes
For major version bumps I'd wait for the 2.1 release. But... that's based on past history with a certain other vendor. Anything that's hit with the rewrite broom will have niggles on the dotZero release. That said I'm going to start warming up my IPB community to the future I'll be happy if multiple hosts works out of the box with little or no hassle. Not for performance, more for redundancy.
Any ETA when you will move this site over on XF 2, @eva2000 ? I'm having my custom addons redone for XF2 and will move as soon as they are ready.
not straight away probably be 3-6 months after XF2 release to give add on developers time to iron out XF2 issues
Indeed I can imagine given all the add-ons you wrote + ones you took over ! Maybe prioritise their conversion by number of users/downloads for add-ons? Next 12 months are going to be very interesting indeed on both XF and Centmin Mod fronts
And do we use the same contents in the src/config.php file from this post for Libmemcached or something else? - https://community.centminmod.com/threads/optimising-an-caching-xf.10684/#post-45804 Or is Redis something you'd recommend over it for XF 2? I've never used it before.
try the guide at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/xenforo-2-0-0-beta-1-released.12781/ 2.0 beta should be same as stable release though right now i don't have any free time to try and anyway i won't be upgrading to 2.0 for at least 6-9 months on live forum. Always do a test run on test copy of your live forum first + test vps
