    update cminfo top command output in 123.09beta01

    update cminfo top command output outlined at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/update-cminfo-cmd-with-top-related-server-statistics.14597/ and https://community.centminmod.com/threads/cminfo-command-explained.11399/

    - ensure top stats show full command line paths
    - add mysqlreport output if supported
    - for existing installs, update 123.09beta01 via cmupdate command and run centmin.sh menu once and exit to get updated cminfo command
