Finally got a new server delivered in preparation for the upgrade from CentOS 7 to AlmaLinux 8.

I am coming back to Hivelocity, this time in their NYC1 datacenter. East Coast US location is important to me because I have a lot of traffic in the US and Europe, so NYC is really ideal.
