CentOS 7.x If ipv6 is disabled on Centos 7 after server reboot rpcbind will fail to start

CentOS 7 rpcbind specific configuration issue you/we need to address when disabling IPv6 from CentOS 7.4 onwards so need to follow the outlined solutions you linked to. Though usually rpcbind isn't needed for Centmin Mod and isn't installed by default unless your CentOS 7 image provided it out of box or if you installed rpcbind as you require it for specific usage.

On fresh OVH CentOS 7.4 install

FYI, updated 123.09beta01 with workaround for rpcbind.socket if it's active/exists and you have disabled IPv6 via DISABLE_IPVSIX='y' persistent config file. Update 123.09beta01 code and run centmin.sh once to auto apply fix.
