Increase default CURL timed out value of 30000 milliseconds?

    How can i increase the default Curl 30000 milliseconds timed out?

    If it's from a web app i.e php, then you do that within the web app.

    Is there any php or curl native related limit setting ?

    Not sure if it's from the app ....
