[Solved] Install Zend OpCache Sub-Menu PHP version 7.4 ioncube.so

Don't know if it is a bug, or PHP7.4.0RC2

Nice for testing, but not for production PHP7.4.x now.

Will try Current Stable PHP 7.3.10 released yesterday
