Wordpress Wordpress plugin rollback issue

I have moved my site to upcloud.com, migrated my site using "duplicator" plugin.
Its all good but then i have one weird issue as below:

When i duplicated the website, i have plugins as below:
plugin A, B, C, D, E, F, plus sucuri, cdn enabler, nginx helper that comes with centmin mod.

Then i organize the plugins, delete unused plugin, and add a few new plugins, as below:
plugin A, D, G, X, Y, Z, "x,y, and z" being new plugins that i installed and deleted B & C plugin.

After some hours,the plugins will roll back to:
plugin A, B, C, D, E, F, plus sucuri, cdn enabler, nginx helper

All the new plugins are missing again, and the B,C plugins appear back in my plugin list.

Why is this happening?? is it due to WP-CLI Auto Update? cause i receive email notification on it.
