    yeah so problem seems to be one specific to your problematic wordpress install .. try uninstall cache enabler from wp admin area, and reinstall from wp admin plugin - add new and re-saving your cache enabler settings and see what happens

    reinstalling the plugin did not change anything.
    I also paused the cloudflare.

    Anyway, thanks for the help. I will continue my research.

    could also try turning off any additional wp plugins you installed on main wp install after centmin.sh menu option 22 install to see if there's any conflicts

    I turned on developer mode on cloudflare (disable cache) and status line of the Cache Enabler appeared. Perhaps cloudflare removes HTML comments. Now I know it works.

    TTFB is around 400ms (gtmetrix, pagespeed, webpagetest give me different results)

    if you have Auto Minify enabled
