- security fixes for Nginx HTTP/3 though Centmin Mod by default doesn't enable Nginx HTTP/3 https://nginx.org/en/CHANGES
- also update freenginx fork nginx 1.27.0 doesn't have HTTP/3 security fixes though not same as official nginx 1.27.0
