    I am totally unfamiliar with American jurisprudence. But apparently there are judicial options in America to take down this website? Otherwise the website was still live it seems to me.

    The strange thing is, the website did not write 'the truth' at all from its own sources and production. The website was a collection of quotes with source citations. This form of “journalism” is totally legal from where I live.

    Since from my 'location' you may quote from articles, websites, TV, newspapers, interviews, YouTube etc. On the proviso that a source reference from each source is placed, under the article's own. And that was exactly the case at bullenweg.com

    It seems to me that this quoting is also allowed in America (partly because I see it more often). But that's just conjecture from me. The only thing I can think of is that the website was run by a student with no money. And that multi millionaire Matt could throw 100 lawsuits against it. Who is right won't matter. That student will go bankrupt, even if (according to my country's laws) he does nothing wrong.
    And the latter Matt knows full well.

    Yes and this has been going on for 17 years. Strange that no one has ever asked questions or been difficult about it in those 17 years. Until now then....
