Possible downgrade from Category 2 to Category 1 cyclone!

I hope all is well with you.
I unfortunately experienced a local cyclone myself.
With wind speeds of 125 km/h and more.

And even though my home meets the latest and strictest government building code, I did have damage to the roof and solar panels. With meteorological guidelines code red, issued by the government at the time. The most far-reaching warning with the most expected negative impact.

It's really no fun when you see pieces of roof, tiles and solar panels flying around. And then not so much personally but more the safety of partner and kids.

Ouch. That would be my worse nightmare. But yes personal family safety above all else.

Seems Brisbane dodged a bullet with ex-cyclone Alfred downgraded
