As the release of CentOS 8.2 probably take so long that by then you'll be elderly.
    Hereby:

Oracle Linux 8 Update 8 is released and is rpm compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.2.
It is ideal to test specific EL 8.2 apps.

And for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.2 you use to need subscriptions.

Although not yet officially announced. The files are already available via the Oracle network.

Oracle Linux 8 (x86_64) BaseOS Latest | Oracle, Software. Hardware. Complete.

I update this topic after the official announcement :)

    We do at work.

Replaced CentOS with Oracle on test systems.
Reason is quite simple, no license fees at Red Hat (unnecessary for testing),
CentOS is really too slow at the release pace (sorry CentOS guys) To much yeyo.
