I've only ever used the classic Wordpress editor even after Gutenberg was released in Wordpress, so today I tried it on fresh Wordpress 5.2 install via Centmin Mod 123.09beta01's centmin.sh menu option 22 wordpress installer. It seems with Gutenberg editor in wordpress Centmin Mod Nginx's editing posts gives 403 permission denied for /wp-json requests so need to figure that out so for now installed and reverted to installing Classic Editor wordpress plugin. Update: found cause of 403 for /wp-json was my old fault, i manually deleted some wordpress cookies when testing wordpress caching and it left me logged in but without some permissions apparently.

To me Gutenberg editor is very slow to load and seems to load alot of requests according to Chrome devtool's network inspection. So anyone actually like and uses Gutenberg Wordpress editor ? Or did you switch to Classic Editor wordpress plugin ?

I might just update and by default install the Classic Editor for centmin.sh menu option 22 installed Wordpress for now until I figure out the 403 permission denied /wp-json requests. Edit: added option in centmin.sh menu option 22 to allow end users to select Classic Editor on initial wordpress installation :)

I see you went ahead and added classic editor to menu 22. Great.

I'm personally not a fan of current form of Gutenburg, so Classic Editor is a standard added plugin for me on every new install. Defaulting it saves me adding every time, so thanks :)

Indeed a nicee option, I have some themes that are not ready for the Gutenberg editor, so manualy installing a plugin to get the old TinyMCE back was a extra step.

using classic & wp bakery ) i think gutenberg was born when developers saw a visual composer (wp bakery now) and elementor plugins growth. imho. but it's too late to compete, for gutenberg, i think )

Interesting never heard of WP Bakery - will check that out too. But might investigate ways of speeding up Gutenberg editor page load speed etc - as right now it can be noticeably slower for loading posts to edit for me.
