What's safe to delete?

    Yeah you don't have much to safely delete from system directories really, only directories centmin mod creates and sets up i.e. vhost log files, nginx auto backups etc. If you are running out of disk space, then really should be looking at upgrading your server's disk capacity. I usually spec my servers to have between 4x to 10x more disk usable space than size of my sites file + db. So a 5GB site data + dbs will have disk space of at least 50GB available. A 20GB site data + dbs will have 200GB of disk space. Usually, because for large sites for script/web app upgrades, I always only upgrade on a copy of the live data files/databases and not the live data itself. So you can end up with multiple copies of your live data over time.
