What VPS Provider Has the Best Network in the US and EU?

Who would you guys recommend as far as having the best network in each of those markets?

For the US location I'd like to have good pings to LATAM, and for EU just a generally well peered host will do. Was considering going directly with INAP in the US, but their bandwidth pricing seemed a bit steep.

Nothing special as far as specs go, a 1 core/GB box with SSD/NVMe drives will work fine. Just looking for a good, solid network with fast pings to the widest audience possible.
