PHPVibe VideoCMS 404

I would really appreciate any kind of help. I am getting a 404 Not found when I try to access any other link apart from the homepage.

I deleted the .htaccess file but this is what it contains

I have not tampered with the default Centmin Nginx settings because I have no clue what I'd be doing. I contacted the 'developer' who admitted he has only used Apache but said one client said;

And this babe is fired up! Now I guess I can peacefully go to bed
