Centmin Mod always tries to use latest Nginx mainline branch which is currently at 1.13.12 while latest Nginx stable is 1.14.0. As stated at Nginx - [nginx-announce] nginx-1.14.0 usually, when latest stable 1.14.0 is released, Nginx bumps 1.13.12 to 1.15.0 for mainline but this time they haven't as yet. Probably because right now at this stage Nginx 1.13.12 is same code as 1.14.0 so either of them works in Centmin Mod Nginx - especially on 123.09beta01 which takes advantage of latest Nginx mainline features.

So, we are happy with 1.13.x version until 1.15 is released :) Thanks.
