Wordpress Web Application Firewall?

    Because there is rate limiting built in with nginx, and csf come pre installed with centminmod, should i still use WAF plugin for wordpress? Or i only needed sucuri security plugin for file audit and malware scan that come installed with centmin 22 command?

    that helps for checking if your infected already but to prevent infection or compromise in the first place you need a WAF. If you're serious about security and your web site is a target, pay for Cloudflare Pro/business or Sucurity WAF/CloudProxy paid services which have a cloud based WAF in front of your site.

    But the key is be careful of what plugins you install and keep up to date. See

    they pricing plan looks attractive, free 4 gb traffic bandwith. @eva2000 if we may know, how many page views per month that hit centminmod.com?

    edit: but the new maxcdn or stackpath right now, have much higher bandwith than cloudbric, for almost same feature they both have. :/
