    Nginx 1.17.x
    MariaDB 5.5/10.x
that reported by w3tc ? if it reads .htaccess then that won't be applicable as Nginx doesn't support .htaccess and natively has Mime types registered properly

FYI, w3tc will be slower than existing centmin.sh menu option 22 cache methods auto installed anyway. Best performance will be centmin.sh menu option 22 wordpress install with Cache Enabler Plugin and Autoptimize + Autoptimize Gzip companion plugin.

Thx a lot, I use Cloudflare (free) shall I cancel it?

also, I think when I first installed the WordPress I canceled all of that do I need to start frsh and reinstall?

I was on wp-rocket plugin but I think I WILL shift to your method now.

cancel ???? you mean uninstall w3tc ? Did you remove centmin.sh menu option 22 caching that was auto setup before installing w3tc ? cause if you did, then you'd need to manually readd the centmin mod installed caching i.e. cache enabler, redis nginx level cache or wp super cache. If you did not remove existing caching before w3tc, then you would of had conflicting caching so removing w3tc would be fine.

for default 22 options I uninstalled wp plugins (re-installing them now)

-- I don't remember which option I choose when asked during the 22 menu option install

    I certainly played with

    nano /usr/local/nginx/conf/conf.d/domain.com.ssl.conf

I guess I need to enable them again (the include)
