    Possible to add another ipv4 address to the 2.5$ plan, just like the regular (other) plans?

    no idea as not using $2.50/m instance myself. Try for yourself only a few cents :)

    Any way to install CMM on a 25GB Vultr? :(

    Just upgraded one of my servers to Vultr $20 plan with 2 CPU cores and now I can downgrade my other server to save some money. 30GB is the absolute minimum requirement for CMM?

    They must have upgraded server specs since your benchmarking was done? The $5 plan now has 25GB storage.
    I think 1GB RAM and the other specs should be plenty for CMM and some small Wordpress sites with low traffic.
