Sysadmin Here we go again - after rebooting server errors with nginx and php

Similiar thread is here.
I rebooted server and after that shutdown, make snapshot and then start server again. All through Upcloud server panel.
I can not recompile nginx after that. Tried with
MARCH_TARGETNATIVE='n'
and after unsuccessful recompiling tried with MARCH_TARGETNATIVE='y' instead above one.
Both recompiling faild.
I also tried to swicth to gcc7, but nginx recompile failed too.

Every time I shutdown/restart server, it happen again.

I did switch servers provider, but that was two years ago. It all happened month or two ago.
Could be gcc8, and pgo with php recompiling, I do not know.
@eva2000 please help

If gcc8 is mistake, I could switch to clang instead. Or to do something else?

Error again with nginx recompilation

Strange things.
After rebooting server, everything seems fine.
I have recompiled nginx and php successfuly.
This errors come after I shutdown server, not reboot/restart. Something is making nginx weird after server start after shutdown. Maybe my server do not want to take rest at all, even for a second

@eva2000 should I leave like this, or should I change something in my custom config above?
If gcc8 create that conflict, should I change to gcc 7 than? What do you think?

Or would it be better to create new server on upcloud and move my forum files there and set new nginx/php/... files installing centmin brand new one?

 

I did that, but strange thing was that shutdown through ssh works (my session was closed) and then when I open in web browser my server control panel, there I can see that server is still on
