I'm going to be partially out of action due to https://community.centminmod.com/threads/downtime-when-computer-goes-up-in-smoke.2093/

however, Varnish cache configuration is let to end user to do as Centmin Mod LEMP stack only provides the tools to install Varnish Cache via included repo. You will want to read Varnish cache documentation to understand that Varnish only caches files which do not have cookies set by default. So all web apps you listed have their own cookies set by default so need reconfiguring to cache only for guests usually. This involves configuring the Varnish default.vcl for each web app which like Nginx vhost, is web app dependent. Some of my old blog posts on the matter at Litespeed Cache vs Varnish Cache - some thoughts | vbtechsupport.com which touch on how Varnish Cache operates or can operate. The rest you need to read up on :)
