    update centmin.sh mneu option 17 in 123.09beta01

    - update zstd compression to v1.5.1 https://github.com/facebook/zstd/releases/tag/v1.5.1
    - update pigz multi-threaded gzip to v2.6 https://github.com/madler/pigz/releases/tag/v2.6
    - running centmin.sh menu option 17 will update locally installed compression algorithms
