upgrade php from 7.2 to 7.3 problem still CLI show 7.2

    You're using PHP_PGO='y' in your persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc. You'd have to disable that if you are as your cpu doesn't have all cpu instructions configured by your web host.

    Right now due to your misconfigured VPS by your web host, any and all performance boost options aren't available to you, non-AVX, no-PHP 7.3, no PHP PGO. As I said, best to change web hosts and VPS servers if you want any kind of decent performance.

    hello, i have turned off this option and i was trying to recompile php72 but it do not helped

    I suggest you just change web hosts/servers - clearly the server isn't configured properly by your web host. You could have further issues down the track in the future so would be wise to rely on the VPS server to safeguard your site/data with.
