update tools/update-el7-repo.sh in 140.00beta01

- update tools/update-el7-repo.sh to account for some CentOS 7 repo files using custom web host mirror urls instead of CentOS's mirrorlist.centos.org which no longer works for CentOS 7. The tools/update-el7-repo.sh is meant to auto update the mirrorlist.centos.org references but doesn't account for web hosts like OVH and Linode using their own mirror urls other than mirrorlist.centos.org. This update accounts for it when you run cmupdate and then run centmin.sh once and exit, it will auto apply the changes for CentOS 7
