    update inc/nginx_addvhost.inc check_dns function in 123.09beta01

    Update check_dns function for domain DNS A record checks to ensure to take into account domains behind cloudflare where DNS A record returned IP will differ from server real IP. So ignore the different IPs reported if Cloudflare is detected so you don't get error messages like at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/centmin-sh-menu-option-2-letsencrypt-behind-cloudflare.17056/
