Script to prompt for server admin primary and secondary email addresses which are registered into a file at /etc/centminmod/email-primary.ini and /etc/centminmod/email-secondary.ini for future reference and use. Currently, there is no actual use for them but the routine and script is put in place so future planned features can make use of them if those registered files exist
