    ensure webp.conf include file added in nginx.conf in 123.09beta01

    For 123.08stable to 123.09beta01 and higher upgraded Centmin Mod installations, ensure webp.conf include file is added to /usr/local/nginx/conf/nginx.conf config file https://community.centminmod.com/threads/centmin-mod-upgraded-unknown-webp_extension.20423/#post-86299
