    update cminfo & tools/emailnotify.sh in 123.09beta01

    - update cminfo sar-json option to only work in CentOS 7+ and higher. CentOS 6 isn't supported as safd version doesn't support json output
    - update tools/emailnotify.sh to only use openssl -brief command on CentOS 7+ and higher. CentOS 6 openssl doesn't support -brief command
