update tools/cminfo.sh in 123.09beta01

- fix cminfo top command sar cpu load filter output for 1 min and 5 min interval
- add smem output
- add top 10 processes' VmSwap and VmSize/VSZ memory outputs

cminfo command is updated every 4hrs on centmin mod servers via a cronjob. You can manually update it to use updated cminfo code via manually running cronjob updating script
