Beta Branch add ENABLE_TRYFILES persistent config variable

    add ENABLE_TRYFILES persistent config variable

    in 123.09beta01 and higher if you set in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc the variable ENABLE_TRYFILES='y', you can automatically uncomment and enable the default new nginx vhost generated try_files line within the web root / location context for new centmin.sh menu option 2 or /usr/bin/nv methods for created site vhosts.
