    ModSec V3.0 - Fix "RequestBodyInMemoryLimit" not supported Error

    A of V3.0 SecRequestBodyInMemoryLimit is no longer supported.
    Error thrown @ Nginx startup.
    Fixed by linking V3.0 modsecurity.conf-recommended from Spiderlabs repo
