    update tools/autoprotect.sh fix jss/css and image file expire headers in 123.09beta01

    autoprotect.sh exceptions to allow js, css and image files essentially removed cache control expires headers defined in staticfiles.conf include file. This update fixes this. Bug report at https://community.centminmod.com/posts/38461/
