    update swap file default size & fix POSTGRESQL routine in 130.00beta01

    - for swap file detection and creation routine, if swap file is needed, create a 4GB swap file instead of previous 1GB swap file due to increased memory requirements on EL8/EL9 systems
    - update fixes for POSTGRESQL optional routines due to differences in package names for PostgreSQL 16 and EL8/EL9
