update centmin.sh menu option 2, 22 letsencrypt + cf routine in 123.09beta01

Add additional notes to centmin.sh menu option 2 and 22 when letsencrypt SSL issuance is done using HTTPS default mode selections and where Cloudflare is detected being used for domain to notify users they should disable Cloudflare 'Always Use HTTPS' mode. This is because non-https to https redirect is done on Centmin Mod Nginx side when you select HTTPS default and also notify them to change Cloudflare Flexible SSL to Cloudflare Full non-strict SSL mode to properly allow letsencrypt domain validation to pass
