    - ensure routine's header checks for Maxmind GeoLIte2 database download follows the updated redirects to R2 presigned URLs https://community.centminmod.com/threads/discuss-maxmind-geolite2-free-database-download-changes.18960/page-2#post-98910
    - Maxmind changes don't impact CSF Firewall's optional use of Maxmind GeoLite2 or I assume CSF Firewall devs will update on their end by May 1, 2024
