- php.net made an exception to update and release PHP 7.3.32 on PHP 7.3 EOL branch for security bug. Centmin Mod 123.09beta01 originally backported the security fix to PHP 7.3.31 which was last release version before 7.3 was EOL. However, this update is so that the backported patch only applies to PHP 7.3.0 to 7.3.31 and patching backport is skiped for PHP 7.3.32 as it already contains the security fix.
