    fix for redis 6.10 bug with CentOS 7 in 140.00beta01

    - redis 6.10 bug fix for CentOS 7 end of life distro. Switch to redis git master branch for CentOS 7 for PHP 8.0 to 8.3. Redis did fix this after redis 6.10 extension was released, so actual fix will be in redis 6.11 which hasn't been released yet. This update is a workaround.
