update nginx 1.25.1+ http2 deprecated parameter conversion routine in 130.00beta01

- The outlined nginx upgrade routine at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/support-nginx-1-25-1-http2-directive-change-in-130-00beta01.23888/ for auto conversion of nginx 1.25.1+ http2 deprecated paramter for http2 directive change left out checking for listen directives that list the reuseport parameter or for IPv6 listen directives. This update accounts for those 2 other scenarios as well as the auto reversal of them when nginx <=1.25.0 are detected
