    update centmin.sh menu option 5 - remove mysql legacy ext prompt in 123.09beta01

    in php upgrade routine for centmin.sh menu option 5, remove legacy mysql extension prompt as it's been years now so most web apps support mysqli extensions instead of legacy mysql extensions which were removed in PHP 7+ by default
