- for EL8 OSes extend optional Mold linker https://github.com/rui314/mold to OpenSSL compilation routines when Nginx is compiled with optional Mold linker in 130.00beta01
- update for better detection for OpenSSL 3.1
- add GCC 12 compile support for OpenSSL compiles
