    remove Oracle Linux detection replace with RedHat 7.x detection in 123.09beta01

    - Oracle Linux hasn't been tested on Centmin Mod for years so removing the Oracle Linux version detection and replacing with preliminary detection support for RedHat Enterprise Linux 7.x
    - No Redhat 7.x testing or compatibility tests have been done on Centmin Mod yet so use at your own risk on test servers
