initial install ensure CSF Firewall tweaked config file is backed up

- on initial install CSF Firewall config file at /etc/csf/csf.conf is backed up to /etc/csf/csf.conf-bak but that is BEFORE Centmin Mod auto tunes and optimises the config file. This update ensures a 2nd backup is made AFTER auto tuning at /etc/csf/csf.conf-tweakbak
