    update centmin.sh menu option 22 in 130.00beta01

    - ensure Wordpress home and siteurl are both HTTPS versions of domain as long as HTTPS is an option even if it HTTPS default is not chosen i.e. HTTPS + non-HTTPS both available choose to set to HTTPS version for home and siteurl settings.
