- update listen directive template for non-HTTPS vhost routines for nginx-quic HTTP/3 QUIC compatibility as nginx-quic doesn't like if non-HTTPS vhosts do not specifically set a listen directive for port 80. Before nginx-quic, normal nginx versions would assume listen port is 80 if it wasn't specifically set
