update addons/customcurl.sh in 130.00beta01

- prevent custom curl's city-fan.org YUM repo versions of libidn libidn-devel libgs libgs-devel from conflicting with system versions on EL8+ by yum verionlocking them. Users can also manually lock them if they have ran addons/customcurl.sh to install custom new curl versions:

yum versionlock libidn libidn-devel libgs libgs-devel
