    backport PHP 8.1.29 security fix into PHP EOL versions in 124.00stable

    - backport PHP 8.1.29 security fix for CVE-2024-5458 into PHP 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 & 8.0 EOL versions https://php.watch/versions/8.1/releases/8.1.29
    - existing Centmin Mod users can run cmupdate command to update their Centmin Mod code and then run centmin.sh menu option 5 to recompile their version of PHP 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 & 8.0 EOL versions or upgrade to PHP 8.1.29+, 8.2.19+ or 8.3.7+ fixed versions
