prep for nginx_deprecate_httptwo_param_fix function in 130.00beta01

- not enabled yet as nginx 1.25.1+ deprecated http2 option in listen directive is only a warning message and not an error, so running nginx 1.25.1+ with deprecated message will not impact actual nginx running besides deprecated warning messages on nginx restart or nginx -t config check. But enabling the nginx_deprecate_httptwo_param_fix function will cause actual errors if users downgrades to nginx <=1.25.0 as http2 as a standalone directive wouldn't have support in versions below or equal to 1.25.0
